Before the establishment of investNOW Capital, Elsa was the CEO/Founder of Sunrise Equity Group, and Garrison was the CEO/Founder of investPro Partners. Elsa is the Co-founder of investNOW Capital, a private real estate investment firm. Elsa has been in real estate since 2004 and is passionate about real estate. She is a national speaker and mentor. Prior to investNOW Capital, Elsa served as Founder/CEO for Sunrise Development and CFO for North Star Development, a full-service pre-construction development firm. She also has 15+ corporate years as a Financial Controller before her commercial real estate investment career. Elsa has an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing and a Master Degree in Business Management, but her true love is helping people generate wealth through passive real estate investments. Growing up in a small village in Vietnam, Elsa knows first-hand the disastrous impacts of poverty and lack of education. As she had the opportunity to immigrate to the U.S. at the age of 13, she was determined to leverage the opportunities in this country to make a difference in her own life and the lives of others. Elsa learned that real estate is the key to this solution, and she desires to help as many as possible to create financial freedom through real estate investments.

Garrison Gilbert

Garrison Gilbert is a co-founder of investNOW Capital and has been a full-time real estate investor since 2001, having extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Garrison has been interviewed by several of the most prominent real estate magazines & publications, and he has spoken at some of the largest real estate conferences in the country. He is also a multifamily real estate mentor, has won numerous awards, and was nominated as Multifamily Investor of the Year in 2018 by Think Realty Magazine (one of the most prominent real estate investor magazines in the USA). Garrison grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania, raised by a single mother. He was the first person in his family to attend college and from a very early age, entrepreneurism was in his blood. He started his first business in 2nd grade, where he and two neighborhood friends started a small baseball card stand at the local flea market. In 3rd grade, his teacher asked everyone to compile a list of 10 things they wanted to do before they die; number 3 on his list was “to be truly self-employed.” Outside of buying real estate, Garrison is the founding member of MultifamilyMasters, one of the country’s largest real estate investing platforms where they host monthly multifamily real estate meetups in 75+ cities around the globe. They also have an online mastermind program, host monthly webinars, and throw regional & national conferences to teach people how to buy & invest (both passively & actively) in commercial real estate. Garrison is also a founding member of #SecretX, a high-caliber mastermind for business professionals & real estate investors who want to take their careers to the next level while traveling the world and getting out of their comfort zone. The three main attributes that Garrison attributes to his success are: 1. An abundant mindset 2. Creative problem solving 3. Always have multiple exit strategies in every deal Garrison survived the 2008 financial crash, and because of that, he brings to the table a very conservative style of investing where the risk vs. reward matrix must be tilted heavily in favor of that project. He is incredibly proud of everything that investNOW Capital has been able to accomplish but even more excited about the great things this company will do in the future. Garrison is also one of the founding members of The Living Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization in which Garrison’s goal is to help single mothers (like his own mother) benefit from real estate investing.
